Good morning, South Korea will continue to boil as sweltering temperatures sweep the nation again.
Seoul had its hottest day of the season on Sunday and today is expected to top that, while Daegu and surrounding regions will suffer through unbearable heat.
Heatwave alerts have expanded to more regions. Daegu and Busan will continue to be under heatwave warnings and it's tough morning for Ulsan ...under a heatwave warning AND higher levels of ultra fine dust.
You can already feel the heat once you step outside, morning lows are at 24 degrees in Seoul and Gyeongju, Daegu kicking off at 26 degrees.
Even hotter and humid conditions are on tap, with an expected high of 34 degrees Celsius here in the capital... while southern regions will feel nearly 40 degrees Celsius, be sure to drink plenty of water and watch out for heat stroke.
More tough summer weather is in store with no relief expected, it's going to be very hot under mostly sunny skies.
