The video shows the unidentified man hanging off the side of the moving train from the window grills.
Suddenly, he loses his grip and falls to the ground.
The man, who has not been identified, was reportedly injured and rushed to a hospital.
The incident occurred on board Nanded-Bangalore Express in South India on July 12.
