Professor Abdul-Ganiyu Raji, the Ekiti state Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) has revealed how the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is using tracking devices attached to trucks that took election materials to local government areas.
In an interview with journalists inside the complex of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, Professor Raji explained that he monitors the movement of the vehicles with the device.
He noted that there will be no rigging since the places where the materials are being taken to are thoroughly monitored.
