Explosion at China industrial park kills 19

An explosion at an industrial park in Yibi City in southern China's Sichuan Province on Thursday (July 12) has killed 19 people and injured 12. In the video, a three-storey building has been destroyed, with only a chemical plant's steel frame remaining. A huge blaze and massive plumes of smoke can be seen at another building. According to reports, a building in the middle of the plant exploded. The fire has since been extinguished and the case is being investigated.
