Different city same story. Civic amenities are failing throughout our country. The maximum city is sinking. Delhi our national capital is buried under garbage and the I.T city Bengaluru is facing difficulties due to the increasing number of potholes. The 'Aam Aadmi' in all three cities are suffering. Supreme Court yesterday slapped fines on 10 states and two union territories for not filing their affidavits on their policies for solid waste management strategy. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru being one of the cities. Will the govt of all three cities wake up and smell the coffee or will 'Aam Aadmi continue to suffer?
