Stop looking for a job, the times you settle are the times you will regret being at that job. Instead look for something that will light a fire in your passion. A company you can stand behind in and naturally become a "brand evangelist" While I was working for uBreakiFix before I lost my job there, I did this. I embraced the culture, leadership, and opportunity to become an embedded part of the idea and concept of the company. Until this day it remains true that I still have an affinity to it and love what it stands for. This has helped me create lasting relationships with its founders and core leadership.
