George Clooney Hospitalized The actor was injured after he was hit by a car in Sardinia, Italy. He was riding his scooter when a car cut his path at an intersection. An ambulance took him to John Paul II Hospital where he received a MRI scan. Clooney’s injuries weren’t serious and he was quickly discharged. His wife, Amal Clooney, stuck by his side. Clooney is staying on the island while filming Catch 22.
