Instant Justice! Fugitive Motorcyclist Hits SUV

This motorcyclist experienced instant karma after trying to escape a traffic officer - only to crash straight into an oncoming jeep. The man had jumped two sets of red lights when he pulled out in front or a waiting row of cars in Cebu, Philippines, on February 8. A woman in blue uniform is seen trying to collar him but he refuses to stop.
