South and North Korea to hold workers' football matches in August

The two Korea's sports diplomacy will continue next month in Seoul with football matches... between each side's main labor unions.
According to the South's main labor umbrella groups, the Federation of Korean Trade Unions and the Korean Federation of Trade Unions... about 80 North Koreans will be crossing over using the western land route.
They've been working since last June to arrange the event with the North's General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea.
The event is intended to help implement the Panmunjom Declaration, which focuses on expanding inter-Korean exchanges.
The two sides have held similar football matches for workers before... in North Korea.
The most recent one was in 2015 in Pyongyang.
