After two cabinet ministers abruptly resigned from the British Parliament, it is unclear if British lawmakers can trigger a confidence vote against the prime minister.
According to Reuters, political editors don't think enough dissenters will trigger a 1922 committee, which is a leadership challenge in the Parliament.
That committee required 15 percent of members of parliament to write a letter to the chairman of the ruling party.
