Drake Lands Eighth No. 1 With 'Scorpion' Every album except for his debut EP, ‘So Far Gone,’ has made it to the top of the ‘Billboard’ 200 Albums Chart. The 25-track album broke the record for best streaming week ever for an album, generating a massive 745.92 million on-demand audio streams since its debut on June 29. Nielsen Music reports that ‘Scorpion’ earned 732,000 equivalent album units in the week ending July 5, with 160,000 of that sum being traditional album sales. Drake’s last album, ‘Views,’ previously topped ‘Scorpion’ as the biggest week for an R&B/Hip-Hop Album when it lanced with 1.04 million units at No. 1 on the week of May 21, 2016.
