After the RSS made changes in its uniform to suit modern trends, now the Congress Seva Dal has shifted to a new casual uniform for its workers. The fresh get-up includes blue jeans, white t-shirt and white cap to replace the traditional white shirt and trousers. The change has been made hoping to attract the youth to the group, which mostly has senior citizens as activists today. The wing that trains congress party workers has also directed the members to not touch any party leader's feet while wearing the uniform and only salute the party flag.
