National Hurrican Center Warns Of Possible Cyclone Southeast Of North Carolina Coast

Reuters is reporting that a low-pressure system located several hundred miles southeast of the North Carolina coast has a 70 percent chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in next 48 hours. The U.S. National Hurricane Center has released an advisory saying that environmental conditions are expected to be favorable for the additional development of the cyclone system. A tropical depression is likely to form over the next couple of days, as well.
