ISLAMABAD: An accountability court on Friday rejected an application filed by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter seeking a seven-day postponement of the verdict in the Avenfield properties reference.
Judge Muhammad Bashir ruled that he will announce the Avenfield decision at 12:30 pm today.
He earlier reserved the verdict on the application after hearing arguments from the Sharif family’s lawyer Amjad Pervez and NAB prosecutor Sardar Muzaffar.
