A herring gull which has been harassing people in Jersey won't be killed according to the Environment Minister. Beach-goers, dog-walkers and runners have all been swooped on by the bird in St Ouen. But after reports at the weekend 'Gulliver' would be culled, more 1500 people have signed a petition urging the States to save it.
