After a night of heavy rains in Mumbai at 7:30 this morning a foot over bridge collapsed in Vile Parle near Andheri station. 6 people have been injured in the incident. Some others are feared trapped. The NDRF have been rushed to the spot and rescue operations are underway. Few hours after the Andheri bridge collapsed, a BST double decker meet with an accident in Bandra. No causalities have been reported as yet. The maximum city is in a complete mess right now. The question remains, one year and hardly any change in the city?
