Kentucky Medicaid Work Provisions Overturned

Reuters reports a U.S. federal judge has overturned recent requirements by the state of Kentucky.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg vacated the federal government’s approval.
He ruled the government never considered whether the requirements helped state residents.
