Why Chaudhry Nisar is Shouting on Nawaz Sharif now??

Does this makes sense that a Politician who never spoke a word for this nation since elected in the recent regime is now shouting that Nawaz Sharif is the one who defamed Pakistan???

Why Chaudhry Nisar stay quiet while he was Interior Minister of Pakistan?? Why he never resigned unless the assembly is dissolved completing its tenure?

I have no words to say that how these Politicians get back to their territories once they are off their Minister ship..
