Panic! At the Disco's Brendon Urie has launched a human rights organization called Highest Hopes Foundation. The rock singer said the nonprofit will focus on and support "communities subject to discrimination or abuse on the basis of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation and gender identity." According to SF Gate, Panic! At the Disco will give $1 of each ticket from it's U.S. "Pray for the Wicked Tour" to Highest Hopes.
