BOSTON -- Tuesday night, the Patriots traded WR Brandin Cooks to the Los Angeles Rams along with a 4th round pick in exchange for the 31st pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, along with a 6th rounder. Cooks was acquired by the Patriots last year from the New Orleans Saints, in exchange for a 1st round pick. In 16 games with the Patriots last season, Cooks caught 65 passes for over 1,000 yards, with 7 touchdowns. Cooks was entering the final year of his rookie deal in 2018.
