The Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers may find themselves in a standoff following Isaiah Thomas' physical. The Cavs are expected to seek additional assets from the Celtics in a renegotiation. The Celtics are believed to have built in the injury into the trade and are likely hesitant to give up any more assets. Cleveland could fail the physical and void the deal.
