Emmy, an eighteen-year-old circus artist, suddenly regains consciousness after a year-long coma. When she returns to her home, she no longer recognizes her younger sister Alice. Apart from her difficulties at regaining her physical abilities, Emmy suffers from memory loss. She has forgotten a part of her life. Alice, who was close to her sister and has waited for her return for such a long time, is very moved and involved in Emmy's progress.
