Canada plans to slap steel duties on China and other countries to prevent a potential flood of imports from global exporters seeking to avoid U.S. tariffs. That's according to Bloomberg, which explained the Canadian government decided to prepare some safeguard measures to protect domestic steel producers.... as America's trade measures could lead to other nations dumping their steel in Canada. The country is also set to apply counter-tariffs on U.S. steel, aluminum and other products from July 1st.
