Dash-cam video captures the moment giant rolls of steel smash into a truck cab on a busy road in northeastern Vietnam.
According to the owner of the dash-cam vehicle, the truck transporting the steel rolls stopped abruptly, causing them to roll forward, on a road in Haiphong City.
Fuel from the truck leaked onto the road, according to the eyewitness.
The driver was injured but his condition is not known.
