Kashmir Action Plan War on terror unleashed; 2 more terrorists killed

Two more terrorists, one the Shakur Dar divisional commander belonging to LeT and the other a foreign terrorist, have been eliminated by the armed forces in Kulgam. One of the terrorists has surrendered before the security forces. This comes days after the army neutralised ISJK Chief Dawood Ahmed Sofi in an encounter in Anantnag.
