According to Politico, a federal judge rejected Paul Manafort's bid to suppress evidence from his upcoming trial.
US District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson denied the motion from Manafort's lawyers who argued that materials seized by the FBI violated his constitutional rights.
Last May, an employee at a storage unit allows the FBI to see Manafort's unit without a warrant.
Later that day, the agent described what he saw in an application to a magistrate judge for a warrant.
