Like much of the proto-house music that was released in the mid-80's, the message and delivery on the Boyd Jarvis produced 'Nobody's Business' is overwhelmingly positive, with an arresting, empowering performance from Billie paired. Having also featured on tracks like Masters At Work's 'Every Now And Then', Billie's vocal simply demands attention and respect, elevating what would have been merely a functional club record to another place entirely. Emotional, inspirational and entirely heartfelt, they don't make many like this anymore.
