Fire breaks out near Hollywood sightseeing attraction

++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++ A brush fire was ignited at the hills just below Griffith Observatory, a popular attraction in Los Angeles, on the evening of June 19.
The video, shared to Instagram by Alex Afshari, shows a firefighting helicopter dropping water on the fire in the hills.
Griffith Observatory is known to be an attraction for tourists, who often make the trek up for a view of the famed Hollywood sign. About three to four acres of land were burned by the blaze, which was watched by a crowd of spectators as firefighters arrived on the scene. No structures were damaged and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
