The nation's unification ministry approved a visit to the North by a local civic group.
15 people will travel to Pyongyang for a four day-stay starting tomorrow.
They will meet with authorities there to discuss inter-Korean joint events and ways to boost civil interactions.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in and the regime's leader Kim Jong-un agreed at their first summit in late April... to hold joint events on major occasions observed by both sides.
