The World Health Organization has listed gaming addiction as a mental health condition for the first time.
The condition has been labeled "Gaming Disorder" and the WHO said the listing will serve a public health purpose for countries to be better prepared to identify this issue.
However, some mental health experts disagree with the classification, with some saying gaming addiction is a unique mental disorder that requires a different solution.
Others say it could lead to young gamers being stigmatized.
