Fresh violence rocked the valley after the Home Ministry decided to suspend the Ramzan ceasefire a month after it was initiated. A youth was gunned down by terrorists last evening in the Kelam village of Kulgam distt while a low intensity blast rocked Ganderbal distt, injuring many civilians. Innumerable instances of terror by Pak backed terrorists as well as ceasefire violations by the Pak army in the past days during the Ramzan ceasefire have yet again proved that our rogue neighbour does not understand the language of diplomacy and peace.
