Jim Parsons thanked Britney Spears for his successful acting career on “The Tonight Show.”
Parsons said he used the “Baby One More Time” video “to get focused” when he was auditioning.
He said the image of Spears dancing in “that Catholic school girl uniform” did the trick.
“Something about that song, and especially that video, really worked for me. Obviously not in a sexual way ― I’m a good gay! But there was something inspirational.” - Parsons
Parsons noted that he “eventually got a career.
