Brexit minister on upcoming Brexit amendments vote

Brexit Undersecretary Robin Walker says that the government is in favour of some of the amendments the House of Lords have made to the Brexit withdrawal and 'meaningful vote' proposals, but the government also wants to avoid giving the EU an incentive to negotiate a bad deal by giving Parliament too much power on a final say.
