TSB boss apologises ‘unreservedly’ for online disruption

The boss of TSB Bank has apologised “unreservedly” for the disruption its online customers are facing. Whilst giving evidence to the Treasury Select Committee, Paul Pester explained how he will work “flat out” with his teams to “fix these problems for our customer as quickly as we can”.
