3 cups self-rising flour + 2 Tbsp (adjust as needed)\r
1/2 cup sugar\r
1 packet vanilla sugar\r
1 tsp baking powder\r
1 cup low-fat milk\r
1/2 cup white sesame seeds\r
vegetable oil for deep-frying (6 cups oil for 3 quart pot)\r
2 Tbsp self-rising flour for rolling\r
