DENVER — An off-duty FBI agent can know convincingly claim to be the deadliest on the dance floor, but not because he can dance, because he capped someone by accident.
A hilarious only because no one bit the bullet — well, technically someone kind of did — video that has since gone viral on Twitter.

The clip shows Agent So-You-Think-You-Can-Dance wiggling around in front of an impressed crowd of rhythmically challenged bar goers.
Since there was no one else around to get served, Agent Pop & Lock dropped a back flip on the audience.
It was all set to be an instant IG story, when the his piece dropped out of his hostler onto the ground.
When Agent Dancing with the Stars went to pick it up, he accidentally popped one off right into some guy's leg.

The man was taken to the hospital and is okay — well aside from being shot.

According to the BBC, it's unclear if Agent Just Dance will face charges or disciplinary action.

At the very least, some dance battle etiquette training might help.
