Machining piston valve relief pockets on a Bridgeport Mill (Predator 212 Hemi)

See how we make valve pockets in the hemi predator piston here at TheJanticJournal! The DynoCams F275 cam with a 6 degree advanced grind had the valve to piston clearance a lot closer than wed like so this is what we did to take care of that issue. The head was already milled down .025 and the thin head gasket brought it down another .030, a bit to much for a .275 lift cam with the Hemi style Predator 212 head.\r
