This train layout is a 4x8 twice around HO scale model railroad. The inside loop is obviously a little shorter than the outside loop, so even if a long train can avoid hitting the end of its own cars at the crossing on the outer loop, it might be too long on the inner loop. Thomas is a Bachmann model. The other trains are a variety of models from IHC, Athearn, Life-Like, TYCO, Rivarossi, and various other manufurers.
