Manager Jose Mourinho believes there is "a clear campaign" against Chelsea, as Cesc Fabregas is denied a penalty in a 1-1 away draw at Southampton.

After Eden Hazard equalised Sadio Mane's opener, referee Anthony Taylor booked Fabregas despite claims for a penalty from Matt Targett's challenge, a decision Mourinho called a "scandal".

Morgan Schneiderlin was shown a second yellow card for a foul on Cesc Fabregas in a game where each side scored from their only shot on target.
