Chloe and Andy Hennegan set up Fluffs Rabbit Rescue in 2007 and ran their business at home caring for hundreds of bunnies. They spent six years working with rescued rabbits from their property in Solihull, West Mids., before moving to nearby Hampton-in-Arden last October. The couple had based their rabbit rescue charity in their back garden and have saved dozens of cute, fluffy bunnies but pitiless council officers have now told them they need planning permission.
