Yet another SCMA has come back to haunt the UPA. This time it's Air Asia. The CBI which has filed an fir against Air Asia CEO Tony Fernandes has further alleged that UPA era Mantris were involved in the scam that allowed Air Asia to bypass the rules and get favourable orders. It has further been alleged that lobbyists were used to extend bribes to civil aviation ministry officials.
