The assailant was also killed after reportedly taking a woman hostage.

Video shows confusion at the scene of a police cordon as well as numerous first responder vehicles at the scene after the incident.

"My car is over there!" a man can be heard saying in the video before retreating as sirens blare in the background.

It has not been confirmed whether the incident is terror-related.
