Orange Flavor Chicken-Chinese Food

3 TBS of chopped green onion\r
1/2 cup of orange juice\r
3 TBS of white vinegar\r
4 TBS of granulate sugar\r
1 1/3 TBS of soy sauce to taste\r
12 oz of chicken tender (cut in cube) marinate in 1 egg ,1/2 cup of cornstarch and 1 TBS of vegetable cooking oil.\r
Vegetable cooking oil to fry\r
1 tsp of minced ginger and 1 tsp of minced garlic\r
2 tsp of sherry cooking wine\r
2 TBS of cornstarch dissolved in 2 oz of water\r
