8. One Dedicated Dad\r
Not many dads would be too keen on styling their daughters but one dad went above and beyond. Greg Wickherst knew nothing about styling hair since he spent most of his life shaving his off but he had to learn quickly. The then 3-year-old Izzy spends most of her time with her father as her parent are divorced. So, Wickherst asked the students in the cosmetology department at the college that he works at for help. Eventually, they taught him everything he needed to know and now shares his creations on Facebook.\r

7. Hearing Aid Tattoo\r
This picture of an anonymous man and his daughter was posted earlier this year. You might have come across it as it blew up on social media sites Twitter and Instagram. The photo shows a man who has a tattoo matching the hearing aid of his daughter. Not much else is known about the duo, but the daughter must have been feeling self-conscious or dealing with bullies for her father to do what he did. This just shows how much a parent is willing to do for their child. \r

Just like the previous story mentioned, this one also deals with tattooing oneself. Last year, this image hit the internet when parents Tanya and Adam Phillips showed their matching tattoos of their daughters birthmark after neighbors were seen staring and pointing at it. Honey-Raes strawberry birthmark runs all along side her leg so her mother and father decided to both get a matching tattoo to make their daughter feel less self-conscious as she gets older. Yes, this list is about dads and this story includes her mother. So? It was too heartwarming to leave out. \r

This man right here has managed to achieve peak dad goals. Simon Hooper is just a regular old parent who happens to be the father of four girls. His two eldest daughters are 9 and 6, while his twins are around 10-months-old. Hooper wanted to show the reality of being a parent but wanted to incorporate his own sense of humor as well. He started documenting his familys daily lives with a snapshot of each day on Instagram and has gained well over 389,000 followers. Oh, and his Instagram handle is father_of_daughters, while his wifes handle is mother_of_daughters. Too cute! \r

4. Traditional Vacation Photo\r
Back in 1980, Hua Yunqing had this picture taken of him and his daughter standing in front of a lake in Zhenjiang, a city in Chinas Jiangsu province. When he got the picture back, he ended up loving the result so much that he decided to go again the following year. This would go on for another 33 years with the family visiting the same lake and recreating the photo. The only time that they didnt was in 1998 when his daughter Huahua was studying abroad and couldnt make the family trip. Eventually, the annual photo added Huahuas own two children into the picture. Thenot only shows, Huahua and her father aging but also the changing scenery and fashion throughout the years. \r

It was on Halloween of this year that a little girl got to experience the joy of trick-or-treating while thousands of feet in the air, all thanks to her amazing dad. While on a flight from Boston, Massachusetts to San Francisco, California, a dad passed out candy to the planes passengers and asked if they would drop it in his 3-year-old daughters bucket as she was saddened that she wouldnt be able to trick-or-treat because of the flight. One passenger managed to capture a photo and tweet about the event, where twitter dubbed the awesome dad “Father of the Year.” \r

Chances are youve probably seen this image as it skyrocketed to viral fame back in new and after reading it how could it not? The letter was written by a father to his son Nate after he had overheard him talking to his friend Mike about advice on how to come out to his parents. Nates father drops the ultimate truth bomb by saying that he already knew about his sons uality ever since he was a young boy and states that hes always loved his son. If that doesnt get the waterworks flowing, Nates dad leaves a p.s. message saying him and his wife think he would make a cute couple with Mike. Were not crying, youre crying.\r
