Preheat oven to 375 degree F.\r

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened\r
1/4 cup all-vegetable shortening\r
3/4 cup packed brown sugar\r
3/4 cup sugar\r

With hand mixer cream until well combine. Add.\r

1 teaspoon vanilla\r

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour\r
1 teaspoon baking soda\r
1/2 teaspoon salt\r

Whisk well together. Add 1/2 flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir well. Add other half of flour to mixture and stir until well combine (dough will be stiff. Stir in.\r

2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips\r
1/4 cup black walnuts, english walnuts, peacans or what you like \r

Drop cookie dough by tablespoons onto cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.center will be soft. Cool slightly on cookie sheet before removing to cooling racks.\r
