Goons threatened family of dire consequences; army captain, family attacked in Delhi's posh area

Once again safety becomes an issue in the national capital. This time an Indian army captain along with his family brutally attacked by miscreants outside a mall in Delhi’s posh locality. Goons stopped SUV near captain’s family and started passing lewd comments. When confronted, two of them stepped down and started misbehaving with them when captain reached for his family’s rescue, one of the miscreant smashed liquor bottle on his head leading to serious head injuries. The captain somehow how managed to chased down on the accused. Several cases have been slapped against accused.
