[INGREDIENTS]\r
- 6 Alphonso Mangoes\r
- Whipped Cream from ½ Cup Whipping Cream\r
- Vanilla Essence\r
- Simple Syrup - ¼ water + 2 Tbsp Sugar + A few drops of Vanilla Essence\r
- 6.5” Vanilla Sponge Cake (Used my eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake recipe here). Though I havent posted a separate recipe for it yet but you can check out my Pineapple Cake Recipe by following this link: Just replace Pineapple essence with Vanilla and use a 6.5” Cake mold.\r
