With his excellent power burn capabilities he takes away Cables chances of Regeneration and Power Gain. Since Cable most of the time doesnt have any power within this fight we are given the opportunity to intercept his attacks. Especially when pinned to the wall. This method is a great one and can be done when timed well with champs that can control their opponents power. Even Vision (AOL) can achieve the same effects as OG Vision for this fight since he steals power with every special used. Vision will stay on top of Cables power and keep it controlled just as well.
