The jury is still out on whether Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma should have said something like this or not. But the video of him, probably a little high after drinks in the private company party as well all energised with the success his company tasted in 2017, is going viral. In the video, apparently shot at a private annual party that company recently hosted, an extremely boisterous Vijay is seen motivating the company employees by telling that their work is not merely the work for Paytm but for the country. At the same time, he says that Paytm is a formidable competitors and no hurdle will be big enough for it.\r

Although these are the kind of statements that are not uncommon for a startup founder, the reason video has caught the fancy of people is the manner in which Vijay delivers them.
