The 2018 Mini Cooper S draws power from a 2-litre four-cylinder, petrol engine producing 189bhp and 280Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a new 7-speed dual-clutch Steptronic transmission. The 2018 Mini Cooper D is powered by a 1.5-litre three-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine producing 112bhp and 270Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
